My CP Guide is a free website which provides high-quality information resources about cerebral palsy from expert sources in a comprehensive information hub. The goal of the website is to make it easier for people with cerebral palsy, their families, and their supporters to access reliable information about the condition.
Many of the resources on My CP Guide are officially researched and everything is assessed by an expert team to ensure quality and relevance. Developed and maintained by Cerebral Palsy Australia, My CP Guide has been co-designed with people who have lived experience of cerebral palsy and a consortium of organsiations that serve people with cerebral palsy.
The website provides information relevant to all life stages, from infancy through to older ages. A variety of clinical topics which focus on management of health and well-being are complemented by topics about the life experiences of people with cerebral palsy, such as education, work, and relationships. The website is designed to be highly accessible and even customisable for users, so it can be navigated by people wanting to learn independently or with the guidance of a trusted professional.
