In this blog series, Successfully Confronting and Coping with Ableism, published on Mycpguide, adults with cerebral palsy and their allies explore everyday experiences of ableism and the impact these experiences can have over time.

Part 2 focuses on the different ways people confront ableism and the positive outcomes that can follow. Part 3 explores how adults with cerebral palsy cope with ableism, including strategies that support wellbeing and social change. Together, the three blogs provide important context for understanding discrimination, inclusion, and lived experience of cerebral palsy.
