Respiratory checklist for children and young adults with cerebral palsy
Respiratory problems don’t affect most young people with CP. But for some young people, they are serious and recurrent. Research conducted in Western Australia between 2011 and 2017 has been used to develop the CP Respiratory Checklist, an online interactive tool that helps identify a young person’s risk factors for serious respiratory illness. The checklist is for young people with CP aged 1-26 years of age and their families. The checklist is available at www.abilitycentre.com.au/cp-checklist.
